Is it an EYE INFECTION? also have wet ears and sinus?

ok since sunday my eye been kinda itchy but goes away the next morning but today i missed work because i woke up with my eyes bloody red felt like sands are in them they itchy and burning and very annoiying about 2 years ago i had the same thing and i forgot what the docts gave me but my doctor told me to come in tomorrow but ill be at work cannot miss a day even with a doct note theyll count it againts me what the hell should i do i dont want to go to work and give my patients and infection but if i dont i could be in trouble. hellpppppp people
